From 2017, Villa Matilde is our idea of a holiday home: simple lines, bright spaces, and real comfort. We’re in Marina di Ragusa, in a quiet area a short distance from the sea and the town centre. We built and manage it ourselves: constant maintenance, care for details, and a warm, informal family welcome.

The house features two bedrooms (one double and one twin), a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a functional bathroom, air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Outside you’ll find a private pool, a furnished terrace/patio, and shaded corners where you can read, work, or simply switch off.

Within a few minutes’ walk you have a supermarket, pizzerias, and services; by car you’re close to the best beaches on the Iblean coast and the Baroque towns of Scicli, Modica, and Ragusa Ibla. It’s a perfect base if you want the freedom of a home with the comfort of a place designed for guests: easy check-in, up-to-date tips on restaurants and beaches, and quick assistance when needed.
